Meet Angelo
A small island never
meant a small ambition.
Born on Pico Island in the Azores, Angelo moved to California as a teenager. Civil engineering studies at San Jose State University and postgraduate studies in structural engineering at Berkeley laid the foundations for a career that would cross industries and continents.
Today, SkiHi opens that experience to a select group of people, companies and projects ready for what comes next.
Employee number 373. Helping Oracle expand internationally, then taking responsibility for the development of its landmark Redwood Shores headquarters.
As Vice President of Real Estate and Corporate Services, Angelo led the development of Adobe’s San Jose headquarters.
More than a decade leading an organization of approximately 120 people across real estate, construction, hospitality, restaurants and wine businesses in the United States, France and Italy.

SkiHi works with entrepreneurs, CEOs, investors, developers, property owners and leadership teams facing consequential decisions. The focus is a select number of trusted advisory relationships.
Angelo helped Oracle expand internationally and develop its Redwood Shores headquarters, then led the development of Adobe’s San Jose headquarters as Vice President of Real Estate and Corporate Services. His later leadership at Lucas Real Estate Holdings spans real estate, construction, hospitality, restaurants and wine in the United States, France and Italy.
