Consulting engagements
Browsing this website or making an enquiry does not create a consulting relationship. Any engagement, scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, confidentiality obligations and responsibilities must be agreed separately in writing. That agreement governs the services and takes precedence for the engagement.
